Actionable Enquiry Emails to Prospective Guests for Higher Conversions

You can use DJUBO to send automated enquiry emails to guests with a ‘Pay to Confirm’ call-to-action. The guest pays through your ‘Quick Pay’ custom payment portal  and the DJUBO CRS automatically confirms the booking, updates the vouchers, syncs it to your booking chart, and sends the booking confirmation email and SMS to your guest.


Here is how it works:

Log an Enquiry From Your Booking Chart

djubo-crs-quick-enquiry-featureFill out an enquiry by clicking on “Quick Create” on the DJUBO dashboard and choosing “Log Enquiry”.

Fill out the Enquiry Form & Send Email to Guest

Fill out the guest details as per the enquiry. The quote is automatically generated and then select “Save & Send Quotation” to send the quotation to the guest.

Guest Receives Email with Your Quotation

Your guest will receive the quotation for their enquiry with an option to pay for instant confirmation. The button not only makes it convenient for your guest to book but also serves as a powerful call-to-action. So if they accept the quote, no need for any more to and fro communication. They pay and get instant confirmation.

Guest Pays to Confirm Booking

The guest is taken to your Quick Pay Portal to make a payment with all details pre-filled as per the quote. That’s it! You receive the payment, DJUBO does the rest.
