International Payment Policy

By choosing to make this payment you are complying with the terms & conditions mentioned here:

(1) By choosing make this payment you accept the terms & conditions mentioned here and at www.djubo.com/legal

(2) Booking commission includes all Payment Gateway Charges - even International cards and Amex cards

(3) Quick Pay Commission for Domestic Cards is mentioned above. For International Cards it will always be 3%+Service Tax and for AMEX it will always be 4%+Service Tax.

(4) Your invoice period will begin as soon as your Centralised Reservations System + Channel Manager is setup for your existing OTAs. Any delay from property's side of more than 7 days in providing login details of all your existing OTAs will also start the invoicing period as DJUBO cannot delay invoicing because of delays from property's end.

(5) Website delivery and booking engine delivery is not linked to start of invoice period as these integrations are done free of cost. While website delivery depends on client feedback and payment gateway approval depends on RBI, DJUBO will make best efforts to ensure quick turnaround time for these products.

(6) New OTA Listing coordination fee are the costs of manual followup with property and OTA. It is not a success related or refundable fee. OTAs can reject your application for past issues with your property or failure to meet their guidelines or simply delay your onboarding without mentioning the reason. DJUBO Fee will not be refundable in that case.

(7) 18% annualised penal interest rate will be chargeable for delays in settlement of future invoices beyond 7 days.

(8) Deactivation requests have to be sent by official email only to support@djubo.com. Property will be liable to pay for the period of usage. Website and booking engine will be deactivated in case of non payment of dues.

(9) Tripconnect Instant Booking integration requires you to enter your personal or corporate credit card. Failure to register on Instantbooknig for lack of credit card at your end will not result in a refund of fee from DJUBO.

(10) If a property is getting signed up on OTA Commission model but is not able to provide us valid OTA credentials within 7 days of CRS onboarding then they will immediately be moved to the fixed fee model at INR 200 per room per month and will be legally liable to pay this fixed monthly amounts every month from thereon. Failure to pay the fixed amount going forward will result in immediate deactivation.

(11) The above rates are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of this proforma invoice.

(12) The above rates will increase if the property adds more rooms under the same property as per the prevailing rates on the date of addition of such rooms.

(15) In the Premium Website Maintenance Package upto 30 update requests or 30 hours of development effort will be provided to each property every month as long as the update requests are within the standardwebsite template provided by DJUBO. In addition, the change requests will be taken up on PRIORITY. In the standard package only 1 update or 3 man hours of development effort is provided and priority given to change requests is per availability of development team.
