Important Notes

• Service Shop bills can only be added to vouchers from the same day or before that. You cannot add service shop charges to vouchers of future dates.
• Service Shop folios will not show up in the voucher / guest folio until a charge has been made for that service shop.
• A service shop bill if canceled will be visible in the folio marked canceled, however, the charges will be dropped from the total amount outstanding.
• All Service Shop charges, once added to the voucher / guest folio, will show up in the voucher separately and as a break-up within the total outstanding payment.
