Ideally, these should be two different emailers. Emailers to Travel Agents must be to the point – in terms of commissions, net rates, discounts and packages. These can also be designed on MailChimp. Emailers to corporates should only feature discounts, a bonus to the booker, location of the property, proximity to the airport & railway station.

Offering a complimentary breakfast to Corporate clients via an emailer is also highly recommended.
